    Warzone shutting down Xbox One X


    I have seen a few posts about this that Microsoft seems determined to not address, so let me add to them. For the past several weeks I have been unable to play Warzone because as soon as I get to the main menu my Xbox One X will shut down. When restarted I get the message that my Xbox was shut down due to overheating. My Xbox is clean and in a ventilated area. Warzone is THE ONLY game I have this issue with. I regularly play Overwatch, Black Ops Cold War, For Honor, and many other games. None of them have this problem other than Warzone. Any ideas on how to help? Or at least who to put pressure on to have this issue addressed?

    This isn't the error I'm receiving. I never get into a game. I get to the initial menu then the console turns off. When its restarted it says the console shut down from overheating. Which I know isn't true. It is well ventilated and the only game that causes this is Warzone

    Yes, Warzone 2.0 or Warzone in general won't be shutting down anytime soon, as I said before.

    Mine keeps shutting down affer a few minutes of playing Warzone. I now have a Series X which does the exact same thing though, so could be a software issue?
