Warzone Req Pack Bundle

I purchased the bundle and I was supposed to get premium req packs. I received 2 on the day of the purchase and 2 the day after for a total of 4 out of the 14 packs. Since then I have not received the other 10 packs so I contacted Microsoft and they told
me there is nothing wrong with my account and directed me to post on this forum and wait for a reply from a specialist.

Halo 5 warzone REQ bundle not working.

I can open REQ packs with Req point no problem. I'm also getting the packs I'm suppose to get when I complete commendations. I'm just haven't been getting the weekly REQ packs through the warzone REQ bundle.. They are suppose to show up in my "open packs"
thing along with my daily login bonus pack and they haven't been.

they come out two per week!

 

No specialist needed, boot61 is correct, you get 2 packs per week for 7 weeks for a total of 14 packs.

The Warzone REQ Bundle provides players with 2 Premium REQ Packs a week for a total of 7 weeks. Premium REQ Packs provide players with the most number of REQs, with the best chance of acquiring Ultra-Rare, Legendary, and Mythic REQs. Players are guaranteed
at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.

Thank you mister XB1R. Maybe it would be helpful if MS would state the 7 week notice when you buy the warpacks. I've had a number of ppl ask this question.

 

I'm having the issue where it doesn't show up for purchase after I got my last packs

 

I'm having the same issue where I purchased another warzone req bundle last week and still haven't received my 2 weekly reqs. Why is this error happening and is there a time of when this is going to be fixed ????
