Warzone req bundle not working!?

I purchased the halo 5 console when it was released, this included the Warzone req bundle. I went and redeemed it and it workwd for two weeks, however for the last month or so it has not given me any req bundles. I definitely only had two weeks worth of
req bundles and NOT the whole 7 weeks. How do I fix this, I have re-downloaded the pack, reinstalled the game and everything. And Xbox support hasn't really helped...

Halo5 REQ bundle stopped working after 3 weeks any fix?

ive had the warzone REQ bundle for 5 and a half weeks but it stopped working after the 3rd Week.... How can I get this fixed?

Halo 5 missing downloadable content

I purchased Halo 5 with a Warzone Req Bundle from gamestop and I installed everything and it appears as if i never bought the warzone bundle. Please help, its been a week and this problem has still not been resolved.

WARZONE REQ BUNDLE

The Warzone REQ Bundle provides players with 2 Premium REQ Packs a week for a total of 7 weeks. Premium REQ Packs provide players with the most number of REQs, with the best chance of acquiring Ultra-Rare, Legendary, and Mythic REQs. Players are guaranteed
at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.
