Warzone Pacific goldflake error

Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart your internet device for a few minutes, and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If the problem persists, I recommend contacting Activision.

Microsoft did an update on 12/15/2021. with that update on Xbox's, when you first open Warzone Pacific the screen shows it checking to see if you have a live a gold live account. After checking and if you don't then error "goldflake" appears - ( so glad to see they at least have let the community know about having to have live to play).

Bear in mind that for Microsoft to make an update to show that it's verifying the gamer has a gold live account or not is an indication that it wasn't a mistake to require a subscription otherwise they would of made an update to fix not needing a subscription! Since Halo Infinite was released late and prior to the Warzone Pacific update who really knows!!! but point is well taken.

The Goldflake error on Call of Duty Warzone became very popular after the last update. The game is still in the Free to play list, however if the gamer do not have an Xbox Live Gold subscription it doesn’t fully launch and comes up with the error code named Goldflake.

The only way around the error for now is by getting a Live Gold subscription pending when an official word is released to address the issue.

After the last update, the goldflake error shows up when the Gamer doesn't have Xbox Live Gold. I know Warzone is supposed to be Free to Play, but that isn't the case since the last update.

Once you purchase Gold, you'll be able to play.
