Warzone memory error code 13-71

MEMORY ERROR: 13-71. Call of Duty Warzone......??????

Warzone gives me a error 13-71 memory. But my wife's account loads just fine.

The problem is known, it has not yet been resolved. There are two methods to get around this:

1) Select a second account and start the game, then select the main account;

2) Temporarily disable the crossplay option.

I have tried every single work around and none of them work anymore. They helped me like once two weeks ago and its been broken ever sense.

Whats stupid is i can sign into the new account i had to create to workout the error and it works fine but im level 1 and have nothing ive worked for. If i go back to my normal account it doesnt even have the xbox live load screen for a sec.. it goes glitches
and goes back and i get the error screen.

please help me! I wanna play my game this is ridiculous.

Again, i have tried all the work arounds.

-install & reinstall

-new account & switch back

-turning off crossplay and trying again

-whatever else I’m forgetting here. So please help!
