    Warzone keeps crashing


    I have done everything Microsoft has recommended to fix this issue. I have even gone as far as uninstalling everything and then reinstall. This is ridiculous. It started in season 3 and now season 4 is worse. It seems to be with majority of people with Xbox one S as well.

    I turned the 4k off on my console and that fixed the warzone issue. Just don’t understand why Cold War works fine with the 4k on but warzone was a constant crash. Thanks for the work around solution!

    This works!

    I read in another thread that you should goto settings and turn off 4k and make it 1080. Turn off HDR and then turn 4k back on. I did this and the game works now.

    I’m having the same exact issue as you. Tried every recommendation from Microsoft to resolve the issues and have had no luck. I hope someone will respond to this thread will something useful.

    Warzone keeps crashing

    I am having this same problem. I have followed all the troubleshooting and still no result. I can play multi-player and other games, however when I launch warzone ( plunder and BR) it will load until the lobby is filled, the match will start to load and then the screen will be frozen, dim and then kick you back to home screen. Is this the same thing you're dealing with too?
