Warzone and cold war

Enemies are constantly invisible. If they aren't hacking I want my money back for Cold war and all cod points I bought. The game is unbearable with this problem. Verizon ether cable to my Xbox. Beautiful Samsung TV. Ain't my fault. So am I just to take the L from Microsoft and lose my money and not be able to play the game on the same playing field as everyone else? Can't even disable Cross platform. You can't sell garbage to someone Microsoft and get away with it. More problems.

Airstrike killing fully plated players on first floor of 3 story building, freeze's mid drop in and you die, fully plated I point blank hit them with RPG them no damage me instant ️... Reticle not focusing in until mid match if it does at all. Invisible enemies, people parachute right above me with no indication (no sound of parachute or them telling me "enemies dropping in".First month to month and a half of each season can't even get into a game. Get kicked when game restarts (not console restarting just game.) Are they trying to turn normal people into people that have extreme anger. Customers should not feel like they've been scammed, taken advantage of. Why not disclose that Xbox players were at a disadvantage? I never would've spent any money at all on the game. If I can't get my $ back then me,my entire family, and anyone I can convince will �� all Microsoft products. I requested a refund and got denied because it's been too long since purchased cod points. If the game is unplayable and I can't do anything to fix it then it's your problem Microsoft. Don't be stupid Microsoft and lose me for $200.
