Warthog code vanished

I received the Warthog code recently but it vanished from my message list before I could activate it.

Could you send it again please?

all my promo codes have disappeared from my notifications

I had 3 different redeemable promo codes on my xbox one notification. One was for EA Access because I pre ordered fifa 17, the other was for forza horizon 3 halo warthog due to loyalty, the other was for Gears of War 4 weapons due to loyalty. I tried to
find my redeemable codes on my notifications and they have vanished

I had the same issue. I got the code for the warthog back on the 14. Redeemed it right away to have it for when the game launched. So, of course, I had the demo for the game but didn't really play it after redeeming the code. Bought the ultimate edition
of the game to play this past Friday early. Got into the game not only did I not have my dlc cars no warthog even though it was installed. So I thought maybe I had to close the game so I did so. To refresh it all. Well, that unlocked my dlc cars but still
no warthog. So I figured close the game once again, go and manage the dlc. It had the message that the warthog was not available in the store, then changed to installed. Repeated the process of loading the game up and still no warthog. So I closed the game
again went back into manage game and decided maybe if I uninstall it I can reinstall it and fix this issue. No. Once uninstalled there was no moving to ready to be installed. Just vanished completely. So now I can't redownload the warthog because I can't re-redeem
the code as it's already been redeemed and it's not up on the store to be downloaded there. I still have the message from Xbox live with the code about the warthog, then later on Friday they messaged me another code to redeem for the Custom tuned 2016 Mercedes-Benz
E63 S Coupe. I redeemed the code and it is there in my garage. So I still have no warthog even though I have redeemed it's code, had it installed on my hard drive before the early launch but got all the dlc cars after closing the game and relaunching it and
redeemed the custom one from pre-ordering. I really wanted the warthog as it's only to the selected few that played halo. So it'll be rare to really see them driving around.
