Warriors Orochi 4 DLC not working.

I have just purchased the Deluxe edition of WO4. (I'm a sad soul, now)

Turns out the only thing worth buying deluxe for (the mounts) don't work on my game and for some others as well.

During loading it resets to main menu and says "Game reset due to deletion of downloadable content"

Considering the fact that I paid an extra 40$ for an incomplete season pass, that doesn't include half the DLC released for this game and half of the DLC included doesn't work. Is there any way for you guys to either fix the DLC (I believe it might be an empty
download since it's a 30mb download and it finishes it less than a single second on a 10mb/s connection, lol. Or passing it on to the right people or refunding me the season pass. Either of those 3 works for me, honestly. I'd ask for a full refund since the
game is clearly not what they hyped it to be, but I know I wouldn't get a complete refund anyway.
