Warrior Rewards Program did not reward...?

I just recently ordered For Honor($59.99 before tax) from the Xbox store, yet I didn't receive any rewards credits from the warrior rewards program...

I believe it's important to say that I have been a rewards member for quite some time (at least a year) and I haven't had any problems with the rewards program prior to today.

Warrior Rewards did not process

I've met the requirements for the level 1 rewards on the Warrior Rewards Promotion.

"Spend at least $60 before tax on warrior games* like For Honor, Lords of the Fallen, and Dragon Age Inquisition in the Xbox Store, and battle-worthy
movies* and TV shows* like The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies, Last of the Mohicans, and Vikings from Microsoft Movies & TV.5,000 Rewards Credits"

I've purchased For Honor at $59.99

and I've purchased one episode of Deadliest Warrior at $1.99 totaling to $61.98

These two meet the criteria for this promotion so i'm wondering why I do not see the 5000 credits added to my account?

 

How recently? It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new purchases.
