Warrior Rewards Over a Month Later....

Over a month ago I purchased For Honor(59.99) as part of the Warrior Rewards Program. I did not recieve my credit rewards immediately so I went on the forums here. I was told by "smwutches" that "It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new purchases."
Now it has been well over a month and I still have not recieved any credits. Someone please help me with this. I waited this long to make a repost due to the time i have to spend in real life.

Missing Reward Points

Just bought For Honor and didnt receive any of the reward points from the "Warrior Rewards" promotion. Also, I think I should have also gotten the 6000 reward credits for spending over 60 bucks this month as part of a different promotion. Any help resolving
these issues would be greatly appreciated.

no rewards

i got all the games already on last months warrior rewards and iv got all the games this month and the movies i have on dvd this month and last.i signed up for rewards some years ago to get rewards but now im not geting any. im missing out on rewards because
of this.

Our program does require up to 96 hours for us to receive and process purchases. We can now see your purchase. However, the spending requirement for that offer was $60 USD. Since your purchase was beneath this amount, it did not complete the offer. We will
adjust your account for the missing change, but please be sure to meet the minimum requirements for future offers. This adjustment should show up by the end of next week.

Trying to get ahold of that rewards team is an absolute joke. You usually get a response a month later saying "the event is over now and we can't help you"

Hey ! For February's Quest what Games with Gold did you earn achievements in? April's rewards will be sent out over the course of May so you may need to wait a little longer for that reward. Thanks!

I have found the rewards to be somewhat buggy where they will disappear and then reappear later in the month or you unlock it but it takes over a week or more for it to actually show up. Generally I just wait it out and it will come.

The Simply Rewarding offer will allow you to "double dip" and will work in conjunction with other offers. However, we are currently experiencing an issue with our purchase information from around the beginning of the month, and are working to bring
that data up to the current time. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once this data has been received and processed, we will update this thread.

Keep in mind that as Murphs says, the purchase component of Warrior Rewards is only 5000 Credits. You will have to complete the full offer to receive the maximum Credit amount. However, this purchase should complete the first level of Warrior Rewards and
Simply Rewarding.
