From the FAQ for the Warrior Rewards offer:

How do I earn Rewards with the Warrior Rewards Offer?This is a multi-tiered offer worth up to 10,000 Rewards Credits overall. In order to earn the entire amount, you must complete all of the levels of the offer. Please see Question 2 for eligible content. All
actions must be completed between March 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and March 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

• Level 1: SHARPEN YOUR BLADE (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) — Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $60 before tax on eligible Games on Demand titles like For Honor, Lords of the Fallen, and Dragon Age Inquisition in the
  Xbox Store, and battle-worthy movies* and TV shows* like The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies, Last of the Mohicans, and Vikings from Microsoft Movies & TV.
• Level 2: PAY HOMAGE TO ODIN — Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $5 before tax on warrior avatar items from the Xbox Store. Eligible avatar items will come up when you search the word ‘warrior.’
• Level 3: PILLAGE AND PLUNDER (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) — Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.
• Level 4: ENTER THE GATES OF VALHALLA (UNLOCKED BY COMPLETING LEVELS 1-3) — Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits for completing the entire Warrior’s Tale.

Since your purchase was not made within the offer period of March, it did not complete level 1 and therefore those achievements are not eligible for level 3.

We do not see your purchase of For Honor from the Xbox Store. Since your purchase was not made digitally from the Xbox Store , it was not eligible for Rewards. It takes us up to 96 hours to process new information. We do not yet see a purchase of Ghost Recon.
If you have made this purchase only recently, please allow more time for us to process this purchase.

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Since your purchase in February went to the Anime offer, and your purchase in March went to Warrior Rewards, they did not also award MyVIP payback. Since you did not complete the anime offer in February, that purchase did not give offer completion Credits.
Your March purchase completed the Warrior Rewards offer, and has already been deposited.

Since you made purchases towards Warrior Rewards (Witcher 3) and Simply Rewarding last month, those purchases did not award payback. This brings your purchases down to $260 in payback, which is why you Received 9,600 Credits in payback. Since you did not
complete Warrior Rewards, you did not receive offer completion Credits. Your Simply Rewarding Credits were placed as pending on the 7th and were a part of the March 29th deposit.

I agree get all 3 Dynasty Warriors: Gundam games. They are all fun to play solo and co-op if allowed on certain missions. And those games are what got me into Dynasty Warriors!!!
