Warrenty replaced Xbox DOA

So...

Xbox One S died. A replacement console was sent and recieved a couple days ago. Its DOA. I tried setting up another service on the dead replacement. The device serial number was updated automatically on my portal. When I try to submit another repair ticket
on the replaced xbox (using the new serial), I only have the option of servicing the controllers, not the console.

So.. I cant submit a support ticket on the new replaced console.... Chat and phone support are not available for this issue.... The closest MS store is 3 hours away and closed... Whats a boy to do?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with setting up a repair. We recommend waiting a day or two. Reason for this is the current repair is most likely still open. To create a new one that repair will need to be closed out
first. If after a couple days still unable to create a repair, you can request a call from support to assist you further.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Talk to xbox theres a 1 year warrenty and they may replace it for you depending if it falls under the warrenty or not

Xbox warrenty poop never had 360 replaced allways just out of warrenty thats the reason i allways end up taking them to bits and repairing myself it appers this one is no different

Hello and thank you for your question. Most items bought come with a warrenty and if you have the reciept you can see if covered with a warrenty. Though most items for xbox can be sent in for replacements if they where faulty from the start.
