    Warrenty date wrong


    I just registered my Xbox one x I purchased it from Tesco direct on 07/04/2018 Microsoft states upon registration my warranty will run out on 15/01/2019 making the warranty from purchase date 9 mths not 12 why is this I expect a full 12 mths on a new product
    in the UK

    Lol how would you fix it if it was destroyed no possible way only if you got warrenty you can get send it back warrenty is 1 year from the purchase date Warrenty date wrong :D Happy Foruming.

    Xbox One Power Supply : Universal ?

    You should never use voltage converters with your console.Things can go wrong & you would void the warrenty.

    I would contact Microsoft directly concerning this matter.

    also have you tried phoning Tesco concerning this. they may swap it for another if you show them your warranty info from the website.

    Sounds like a good idea, worse case scenario if something goes wrong thats what the warrentys for.

    Depending on your country, and purchase date, the store may have a legal obligation to replace device.

    However, if not, check your warrenty status with Microsoft here
