    I had my brand new Xbox series 2 controller which I purchased some time around late September and within 2 and a half months it developed a bad case of stick drift going up and down making it unusable. I sent a request for my warranty to be used and i received a “new” controller and it came with a 99% unresponsive right bumper and it disconnects randomly and I’m forced to have the charging cable in at all times? I regret making this purchase for poor quality

    I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.

    Apologies for being a little off topic, but I believe I have uncovered a fraudulent scheme here in India and was seeking help to communicate the same to you all seeking advice on future steps

    Per the manual you posted, the warranty is "90 days for refurbished Xbox consoles and all Xbox accessories except Elite Wireless controller Series 2". Since an Xbox controller is an accessory, it has a 90 day warranty.
