    So i just bought a new xbox one x about 2 hours ago and when i go to register it on my account it says that the warranty has less than a year how is that possible since i just bought this

    Will You Be Modding Your XBOXONE

    I would stay way from modding it since it can void the warranty. If something goes wrong after modding the system and there is no warranty then you're on your own.

    On the other hand if the XBox is not under warranty there is no harm in trying something new if you're sure of what you're doing.

    I know this is the wrong lobby. But if you buy a game and buy the warranty for the game, but the sticker disappears. Does that mean the warranty is no good anymore? Or can they look it up on the computer>

    the best thing to do is to contact Xbox Support, they might be able to look into this issue and hopefully fix it where possible.

    I hope they will be able to quickly sort the issue where possible.
     
  5. Good luck with that - I've been trying get my warranty issue sorted, but after many hours on the MS Chat and phone (on numerous occasions) my warranty is still only 9 months instead of the expected 12 months.

    Seems to me that Microsoft are unwilling to resolve the issue.

    How did you get on UEG META?

    HELP - Wrong Warranty Date

    Did you purchase an extended warranty for the console from the retailer? It may be showing the standard warranty for that particular device when you register it.
