Warranty time

    Xbox s is less than 1 year bought. Warranty runs out mid February but my controller warranty ran out on the 7th January. Surely the controller warranty should also last 1 year. Seems very unfair and false advertising.

    The console was purchased on March 3, 2012 and delivered on March 6. I have the receipt and tracking information from Amazon to prove it.

    I'd take it up with amazon or the 3rd party

    Regarding warranty during this time (the lockdown)

    Hi.

    It never gave me an option to call so I tried to request one through the virtual agent but I can't seem to get through.

    Scheduled times keep changing for when I can call them each day (today it showed as 4:00pm - 12:30am) and when every time I attempt to contact them during the opened hours, it'll tell me they're having trouble connecting me whenever I type in my number for
    them to call me back.

    Any other ways I can get in contact with them about this? My xbox has now reached a point where it now makes a deep pulsing hum that it never made before in any game and a couple of times it has randomly shut off.
