Warranty Ticket Help

I opened a ticket on controller I bought when it was still under warranty(albeit almost up). When they responded, it was after the warranty had expired and they told me as much.

My question is: How do I escalate the ticket to someone who can look at the date that I opened the issue so they can see it was still under warranty at that point. I would think they would honor the 90 day warranty that they advertise.

You would need to contact support directly. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change
your category/topic until you do. Billing options almost always give those options.

Hi,

A controller has 90 days of warranty starting the date of purchase on your ticket/bill ( PS : Elite controller its 1 year ).

Repair center needs the bill or ticket to double check the date, if no bill or ticket, it will be impossible to get a remplacement under warranty.

If you’ve just purchased this console, then it still has its factory warranty. I suggest creating a repair ticket and sending your console in, now, while the warranty is still valid.
