Warranty Status

I highly recommend following the steps below:

1. To register your Xbox, you need a free Microsoft account. If you don't already have one, create a Microsoft account now.
   
2. Register your device. When you request service for an Xbox console or a Kinect sensor, you must first register the product. To get started, sign in at Device service and repair, select Register new device, and then follow the instructions.
   

After you've registered, you'll see the warranty status for your device. If it's within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you'll be charged a repair fee.

To check the warranty status of your product before you submit a repair request, go to
Check your warranty status (you'll have to sign in with your Microsoft account if you're not signed in already).

Your project must be registered for you to check the warranty status.

Depends on how old they are and the warranty status.

i payed £80 for a replacement elite controller which was sent to me with a broken left bumper, so i sent it off for repair all to have to sent back with a broken right thumb stick! now it just says repair complete and says its out of warrenty with no way to sent it for repair again and when i try to contact surport it says unable to call back! so im stuck with a controller with bad stick drift i payed £80 for. they really need to sort out there customer sevice.
