Warranty services isnt good at all

how im I suposed to get my new controller if even walmart cant track the receipt of my bought controller and the microsoft sup cant even understand that i cant get the receipt of, im real pissed of having bad sup from microsoft for a controller that cant
work well more than a few month ... and only the RB button is problematics but nope no one smart enought to check the warranty by a serial number.

can someone help me about that by telling me what to do cuz ive been hurting those feeling of support people since they are incompetent fools.

I wil be on my 4th Console

Looking on Xbox Online Service Center - Welcome the replacemet console they sent me that I sent back due to it being faulty has now been removed and there isnt anything new. All there is, is the original faulty 1 which is now out of warranty. Its not looking to good.

What is my warranty after my console or Kinect is serviced?

We provide a post-service warranty. The length of the warranty depends on whether the service was in warranty or out of warranty:

•In-warranty service: If your Xbox console or Kinect sensor was serviced within the original warranty period (free repair), you receive either the balance of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

•Out-of-warranty service: If your Xbox console or Kinect sensor was serviced outside of the original warranty period (paid repair), your serviced product has a 90-day warranty.

The device is still in warranty on that page. the only damage on the console is a small chip on one of the top corners. I understand that physical damage isnt covered by warranty but I sent it in for a crashing issue. So they wont service a in warranty repair if the console has physical damage?

Good news! The console is warrantied for 1 year. As you've only had the console for 6 or so weeks, set up another repair.
