    So my elite series 2 controller has some issue this the left thumbstick plus just shuts off randomly. I have been trying to do request online for 2 days and the site just keeps re-loading then says ive tried to log in to many times. I have been trying
    to talk to an actual person to get this taken care of with no luck. Anyone know who to contact or how to get this service request through?

    I tried with different devices (Microsoft surface pro, iMac, iPhone), also tried with various chrome, firefox, edge from different devices. We tried with wifi and also 4G data.

    Clear the cookies, make an exception to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/repair-order/

    Allow all cookies setting on all browser, and also edge://settings/privacy for basic and also none.

    Then, I contacted Microsoft Intune Support, thinking that this is a security or policy setting in the edge or any of the browser.

    And, the feedback was -"THIS IS A SPECIFIC AREA OF THIS WARRANTY SITE". Nothing you can do once you click after the "Receive a Label by Email", and the error will come.

    So, for anyone out there, this is a problem with this website, there is nothing you can do on your third-party cookies or another device.

    I am facing the same problem, but the workaround does not unfortunately apply to me, as I am trying to get service for a Surface device.
