    Hi.. I have an Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller which stopped charging. It was in warranty so sent it off via the usual method. I got it back today and the stick drift is so bad its unusable. There was zero stick drift when I sent it off.
    So the question is what do I do? Contact support or just get a repair kit and do it myself which would probably void the warranty. A £150 bit of kit ruined by sending it off for repair!! How crazy is that Warranty Service Repair BODGE :(

    Any advice please..

    I think would be better use the warranty service until it ends, can be a bit frustrating wait until you get back

    But in my personal opinion is better use the official ways until the warranty ends

    Well to be honest the turn around time I am quite impressed by.. UPS collected it on Monday and I got it back today (Thursday) thats actually not that bad. No, my only quibble is the stick shift.. its really bad. So hopefully this time around they dont make it worse!
