    Warranty returns


    Hi,

    Are Microsoft still processing warranty repairs at the return centre in germany?

    My one x has develop display issues, ive tried everything i can after reading the support section and other issues people have had, and it appears to be a mobo issue as opposed to a hdd issue.

    I realise during the current world climate this is unlikely to be processed, however i was emailed a shipping label after submitting a claim and now im not sure if i should send my console or not.

    I can't find any information on microsofts website that can help so thought it might be good to ask here.

    Warranty returns

    Its best not to use a chrome browser

    Edge or firefox for the best results

    They still repair but dont expect it back soon

    Some places cloaed their service centers like nintendo.

    So feel fortunate given the current state of affairs

    Hi there!

    Use this website to register your console and then you can order a repair for it. Xbox will email you with the repair centre address, but I believe that they'll send you a new console.

    Do you know if they had warranty under it when they returned it? Or were they able to return it after warranty expired?
