You need to try another browser as suggested. It really does make a difference. That should hopefully sort the error issue.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure about a 6 month warranty, I've never had less than a year for anything else bought in the UK (Sale of Goods Act I think?) As for servicing the controller via that link , it asks for it to be registered first. There is no way
to register the controler. When I try and add it as an accessory to my console it does allow me to enter the controler details then generates an error and says contact support online....and so the cycle continues What would be really helpful is just an
email address or something. Even if it just is someone to say they won't repair it under warranty so I can then just do a charge back through my credit card.
