    warranty return for service


    I had an Xbox elite 2 controller and literally 5 days before my warranty ended it just stopped working, so I sent it back but the service order says I haven't sent it, but I have, I'm currently using Australia post and I'm afraid they will cancel my service
    order because I didn't send it, and my warranty would have ended by the time they get it but it hadn't when I sent it so does that change anything?

    2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
    3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
    4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
    5. Select the "Contact Us" button
    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
    7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

    You should be able to return/exchange it(with receipt) at place of purchase, most stores have either a 14 day or 30 day return/exchange policy.

    If this is not an option, you can request repair service under the console's 1 year warranty. Information on how to do so can be found HERE

    If you have a controller under warranty with Microsoft, then it can be replaced. If you bought it at a retail store, return it there. You also usually get a one year warranty with any third party equipment you buy.
