Warranty replacement for a White Xbox One ?

I've got my White xbox one (from Sunset Overdrive bundle) dead. My Xbox is victim of overheating...

I choose this bundle only for the White Xbox one.

Is Warranty replacement give me white or black Xbox?

I'm afraid that i receive black one .

Controller warranty

Hi

I have purchased Xbox one s console and an additional controller separately. Both my additional controller and the controller which came with xbox are not functioning. I am looking for replacement warranty for both. I can replace one controller through my
xbox warranty. but how should i go ahead with replacement of the controller which bought separately?

 

Xbox One Controller replacement problem

1 and half month ago I received new wireless xbox one controller from warranty. New controller stopped working yesterday (analog problem). I try report it to warranty free replacement, but I can't (only paid replacement).

Any info why I can't use free replacement ?

 

Did you purchase your bundle from a store? If so simply take it back and have it replaced. If you brought it from an online retailer call their customer services and inform them of your misfortune and ask for a replacement.

 

Yes i purchase my bundle in a store, but it's opened.

I contact microsoft by chat, it seem that it was a white xbox one.

 

Finally is a black one, go back microsoft customer services.
