Warranty Repair taking to long

To whom it may concern.

I received this email on the 24/10/2016 that you received my Xbox one console to have it repaired or swapped out.

It has been 16 working days since then and i haven't received any update or a replacement console.

Can somebody please tell me whats happening.

Surely this should be a straight swap or been done already?

Warranty for repairs to 3 red light Xbox

out of warranty repair is 90 days . repaired under warranty the balance of your remaining warranty or 90 days whichever is longer. You should never have your console repaired by anyone other than microsoft repair center

It would seem you need to arrange a repair
HERE. If the console is out of warranty it's slightly cheaper to arrange the repair online rather than calling support. If the console is still in warranty it should be a free repair.

If you only just got the console within the last few weeks try taking it back to the retailer for a replacement.

Suring this period of time it can take long, warranties and repairs are long wait times sadly...

As long as you did not try to repair or take it apart MS will fix any 360 in and out of warranty but if out of warranty you will have to pay for it.

Three weeks sounds a little long, but warranty repairs often take a while.

I think the US takes 2-3 weeks. Over in Europe, I'm not too sure.
