Warranty Repair Service Canceled.

Hello everyone.

I sent my Xbox elite controller 2 to repair since the left thumbstick had problems with the up sensor.
My warranty was still in place, I went to Fedex and sent it. After a few days I got the email confirming that the packager had been received and they will start the repairs, etc.
A few days after that I got a "service has been canceled" mail.
I've been trying to contact the support since then but they do not seem to have web chat and the call option only sends me this message:

"Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it."
After a few re-tries I get:
"Something went wrong, please try back after sometime."

So no way of contacting them.
What should I do?

May we ask if you can try to use the InPrivate Window of your browser and go through Contact us page again?

Or will same issue if you were to use different device or browser or internet connection?

Great to see that you can now be able to get back to gaming in few days from now.

However, to really make sure that the device you have sent is being repaired we would highly recommend you to contact the live support team. The email you receive seems to have no tracking number for shipment so they might give you further details regarding it.

That's great news that you receive details now regarding your cancelled service repair and you're welcome, Zero117AsZ.

You will receive an email with the details of your shipment and from there you can check for the courier of the parcel and tracking number. The tracking number will be used in the courier's website see the progress of the delivery of your parcel. Most of the time, the courier will send an update to you via email regarding the package location.

I already got a second email that a new device was shipped to me.
Any idea how to track the shipment?
