Warranty repair returned wrong

I had a elite 2 controller but the carbon fibre version, this started to fail on me so I sent it for repair. Microsoft sent me a standard elite 2 controller back so I got back in touch with them to swap it for the carbon fibre version which went smooth and I then sent it off however they sent me back another standard elite 2 controller back! I have tried to contact them to speak with someone but it is proving so difficult it is unreal. I requested a call twice and they said it would be under 1 min but it has now been over 1 hour and is becoming quite frustrating. Can anyone advise me what to do? I would not be too bothered but the difference in cost is £100.

Did you order the controller from Microsoft or from a 3rd party vendor?

I had the same problem but I sent a series s controller and I got a one s controller in return, and the series s controller I sent came with my Xbox, brand new

The only people who are "authorized" to replace/repair xbox problems is microsoft alone. There are no outside sources for repairs.

Once your console was opened (and there is no way to open it without breaking the warranty seal) it voids the warranty of your console and prevents it from being returned.

There is nothing you can do here except purchase a new console. If something were to go wrong with it in the future then you would have to use the support option for repairs.

If you send a console in for repairs it is returned with a 90 day warranty.
