    Warranty repair has broken already.....going round in circles trying to contact someone!


    Hey, has anyone had experience of this please? My son's Elite Series 2 Xbox controller was returned in December for repair/replacement under the warranty. Less than 2 months later it's having the same issue (left bumper randomly stops working) but now the warranty has expired and they're trying to charge us £75 for the fix. Anyone know how I can actually speak to someone or email them? I'm logged in to my sons account and keep requesting a call but it's not happening.....

    Any advice would be much appreciated! TIA.....

    Really but i have just been told to message you guys.. mate i have already contacted mojang about this issue.. im going round in circles, for god sake someone help me. i've contact like 3 customer services now...
