Warranty repair form submission....

hi, anyone else having issues with successful submit of a warranty repair order? 10/7/2023-currently?

have, in the past, needed to claim warranty repair order for a few devices with ease of doing so.

currently have a controller that has a thumbstick issue and am needing to complete repair device order form.

so, submitted an repair order, or so i thought, for the controller and was waiting for the shipping label to come through in the provided email for shipping.

the label never showed after 3 weeks of waiting.

canceled the order to then continued to try again.

the form leads to selecting the shipping address (correct address selected), click the next button with no success.

any suggestion or fixes to this issues would be soooo great, pleeease and thaaaank you

Just to confirm, have you also checked your spam and junk folders just in case you received the shipping label there?

If it's not there, please update your shipping/billing address on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > address book.

Once you're done, contact Xbox Support to request a shipping label. They can also cancel and re-create your service order for you if needed as part of their workarounds. You can contact them through this link:

You can not submit an repair order form. The warranty is only for 90 days on the cables.

Did you reach out to Customer Support in request of a refund or use the form submission via the website? I know that they are no longer able to do refunds outside of form submissions so if you haven't already I would try via that method.

Hey Hugo,

Our team is looking into the issue right now where you can't finalize the submission of warranty repairs. We are hoping to have a fix soon, but I cannot give an ETA. Will keep you posted when we have a work around or solution available.

If all your warranties are out (I.E. Any form of return warranties), you can try to find either a local tech repair store or find a site in which you can ship it in for repair (Option One is the safer option). Usually system repair stores can do wonders
as they've helped fix issues with some of my systems that had an expired warranty.
