    Warranty problem


    I bought my Xbox One S less than a month ago and it does not work anymore. When I register my device for repair, I am told that the warranty is expired. I do not understand and would like to get support.

    You're not supposed to send in the cables. Just the console.

    and you're not getting them back. Search amazon for replacements. Happy hunting.

    "Hello, good day, the problem is that I send my console to repair, with everything (power cable, HDMI cable and remote control) and the moment I arrived and repaired the cable alone or the remote only came the console in the box.

    They should give those back cause those things are still the legal property of his and how are customers suppose to know not to ship those especially if hes inexperienced and if this is his first sent repair thingy.

    They should give those back cause those things are still the legal property of his and how are customers suppose to know not to ship those especially if hes inexperienced and if this is his first sent repair thingy.
    When you file a warranty claim you're given information on how to send in the console and part of that information specifically states to only send the console because anything else you send in is not guaranteed to come back.

    Hello

    Controllers have a 90 days warranty if when your setting up the service its giving you issues then reach out too suppot. They will ask you too take a picture of your proof of purachse ie a recipt and email it too them. They will then replace the controller
    if it has been purachsed in the last 90 days. If its over 90 days or you dont have a recipt then you would need too purachse a new one
