    Hey guys,

    Im on holiday in an African country and would like to post a faulty device using a microsoft label with the hope of having t sent back to my home (in the UK) by the time I get back.

    Will i incur any additional costs if i take it down to the local fedex here?

    Just out of interest, what was the 15 dollars for? Was that just shipping charges, because I think microsoft offers free postage for in-warranty fixes.

    Hi, that is indeed the set cost for an out of warranty repair. That price includes postage to and from the repair centre along with any and all parts that may need to be replaced.
