    Warranty of Xbox One S console invalid


    Hi,

    Got the console delivered on May'22, 2020, while the warranty on product site says valid until Nov'2020, which is incorrect, ideally it should be May'2021.

    How do I get this corrected? Tried support lines, no luck

    Contact the shop you brought it from make sure it wasnt a used xbox if so that may be the reason cause the moment it was powered on and a profile was added the warranty as started on the console too

    You must be persistent with them. There is no other way but one you tried. I can't see the direct mail on their website. It is a company from India as I can see.

    Link. Where did you bought it? Are you sure that you got 1 year warranty? Have you looked on documents with bill?

    Got it from Flipkart with one year warranty. and I did try to reach them on their customer support, chat and phone support not available due to Covid 19.

    Thanks for the information, is there a way to reach to email them with proof of purchase.

    US xbox in Europe

    You need either a Step Down Transformer or a European Xbox power supply. The transformer needs to be rated for the wattage of the appliance your using too. I would recommend against using a transformer, because if anything goes wrong, you will invalidate
    the warranty on your console. A European Xbox 360 PSU will not invalidate your warranty.

    Do not attempt to plug your console into a European mains as it is. You will blow the PSU and possibly the console with it.
