Warranty issue²

Hi, I have an xbox one I bought 22.07.2017 (i have the ticket as proof) but the problem is that the microsoft warranty system says it's not on warranty. I just can't figure out who I can contact since xbox contact system always leads me back to the formular
where the window to explain my problem is too short for me to write the whole problem and it always leads in the end to the payment method to make the repairs, which doesn't make sense it IS on warranty and I'm just unable to reach someone to explain my problem,
it all leads back to the formular. Any ideas ? :/

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on how to hopefully obtain your controller's serial number for warranty info. I can totally see how not being able to see the number when/if your controller is acting weird could be pretty distressing. In
this instance, I suggest contacting
Xbox customer support directly and see if an agent can help you out. They might have tools to look that up if you ever linked your account to the controller.

When you get the chance, get in contact with them and let us know if that helped.
