[Warranty Issue] xbox one x system error after startup.

Hi,

I have a problem with my xbox, which is a gift from my family who works for Microsoft.

Now it always show System Error: E102
after startup.

However, this xbox cannot be replaced/repaired in China, due to the hardware difference.

Lucky, we will go to seattle next week,

and I have consulted the service in China that problem xbox will be replaced rather than repaired.

so I want to know can we get the xbox replaced, or how long will it take to repair?
(it is still in warranty)

And we will make the decision whether to bring it to U.S or not. (4KG!)

Console keeps booting to Troubleshooting screen

I'm sorry to hear that the whole process from before is happening again.

What you seem to be experiencing is a Startup Issue.

Here is a link of steps that should guide you into solving the Startup error:

First choose: I need to troubleshoot a system error.

After choose the Xbox that you have (Xbox One, S, or X) from there it should be straightforward on the next steps needing to be taken.

System Update Troubleshooter has steps that can help - from the first page, select "I need to troubleshoot a system update error", then select which Xbox One model you're using (original, S, or X), and then select the "I am experiencing a startup issue"
option.

Give that a shot, and let us know if you see any improvement!

The scenarios described are stuck on green Xbox startup animation, or no green startup animation where my issue is green startup animation transitioning to black screen.
