Warranty is a joke

I purchased the Xbox series x about a month ago. Turned it on and the fan didn't work. Sent it back to Microsoft when I was assured a brand new xbox series x would be sent as a replacement. About a week later I received a dingy, horribly packed xbox series x. Refurbished. It was the same one I sent in. Whatever I'llplug it on. Suprise it won't turn on. It will blink for hours on end. So I tried calling which shocker... you can't get a live person. So to the chat I went. The first guy promises he got me a "super special deal" and can replace my defective product. -also I have all the screen shots-- "super special deal" for a defective product is the exact words he used. He also tells me it will be 48 hours and I will see an email about instructions. He verified my email, we move on. 72 hours pass. No email. Back to chat I go. This guy tells me he doesn't see a replacement on order for me. Says not to worry he'll get the replacement in and now it will be 42-72 hours, he also verified my email. Times up. Sent a fourth chat and this gets even worse. This fourth rep tells me no he won't replace my defective product but will refurbish it a second time. Like really? I was promised a new xbox series x 3 times! Now they won't stand behind their product, won't refund me and want to keep playing this game of me sending a bad product so they can break something else in it. Someone out there has had to have something like this happen that ended positive? This is by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. What do I need to do to send this POS back and get a new one? Should I just give up? Can I even get a refund if I dont have the original package since I sent it back when i sent the xbox series x back. It doesn't seem like it.
