Warranty for Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop (keyboard & mouse)

Hi,

I have Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop set (keyboard. number pad, and mouse) that I bought less than 2 years ago, and the keyboard is not working.

I tried everything on the technical support provided (update the Windows, restart the computer, reset the bluetooth, etc), and also tried to connect to another computer and the keyboard still does not work.

I tried calling but it says everything is online, and I tried to register the device but I cannot find the serial number anywhere.

I know that there is a 3 year warranty for the keyboard and mouse (PC accessories) - can someone please help me to get the warranty for my Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop set?

I am working from home and this has been very frustrating.

LOS Reaper's trick doesn't work with my Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse. Gutted. I NEED a wireless mouse & keyboard connection. IE via the controller is a nasty experience.

The dongle is definitely missing? Have you checked underneath the mouse as that is where it is stored? APologies if this seems like a most basic question but not everyone would realise:
