warranty expired before I bought it

Discus and support warranty expired before I bought it in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox One less than 8 months old.     Xbox One less than 8 months old. I see the purchase date from Amazon on Sep 26, 2019 and this link shows the warranty expired on Sep 13, 2019.

    I saw someone else posted a similar problem.

    When I try to figure out how to call or chat I get "sorry calls and chat are not available for this issue." I've tried several issues.

    Any ideas what I do now?

    for an issue like this, I do think you do need to contact Xbox Support by Phone (or Chat) at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us if needed you could try so specify a slightly different but still related issue.

    Yeah, I was finally able to get a chat session by saying it was a family safety issue or some such nonsense. Then the agent was super helpful and now my warranty has been corrected and I'm sending it back for free service.
