    Warranty denied Xbox series x


    I recently bought an xbox series x right from the microsoft store. After recieving it and setting it up the console immediately began freezing when loading up games and eventually would just crash the whole system and shut it down completely. After contacting microsoft support and being hung up on 3 times and spending 3 hours dealing with the matter i finally got a warranty claim. I shipped the console out as instructed and recieved an email today the warranty was denied due to damage to he console. I never dropped it and had the console out of packaging for at best 2 hours. The console had 0 physical damage and was not tampered with. Please help. Also there is no suitable topic for me to post this under so this is the closest i guess?
