    Warranty-covered Shipping Label Not Being Emailed


    I've requested a repair for a broken controller that is covered by warranty, I have the repair order number and everything. It says that I will get an e-mail with packing and shipping instructions to my email, which I haven't even after 24+ hours. When
    I go to see my shipping order, and click "Get Shipping Label" opens a new tab that is a blank page. I have even double checked the email and it is the correct one, but still no shipping label. I just need to know, who can I contact to get it? I don't want
    to be forced to buy a new controller when I have this covered by a warranty.

    I want to return my xbox one s controller that came with my xbox. I created a returning label with my warranty, and when i try to get my shipping label all that pops up is this [] on a separate window. I contacted microsoft support over the phone and they
    said they would email me shipping label. It's been 2 days and I havn't been emailed my shipping label.

    Have they emailed you the shipping label? I had a similar issues but then I noticed the email with the heading Shipping Label Communication

    Xbox Repair Status Question concerning warranty and shipping label

    If you requested the repair BEFORE your warranty expires then you're covered and UPS emails you their shipping label once they've made it (which could take an hour or a few days depending on when you began the repair process).

    I would recommend checking your email, in regards to the shipping label. When I've had to ship my Surface back for service they included it as a link in the email that I had to print out and affix to the box at the shipping store I went to. Verify there
    is no such thing link that in the communication they've sent about the service.

    And depending on warranty, it's not uncommon that you might have to cover shipping costs, but that depends on the service request and equipment.

    Xbox accessories are not repaired they are replaced if in warranty. And shipping is not covered for accessories. Only the Xbox console and Kinect will get a shipping label. It's been that way before the Xbox one was released. Some support agents misunderstand
    the process and they have now way to override the way the system is setup.

    Are you returning a purchase? if so, then yes. All you need to do is to include everything you received in its original packaging and attach the return label to the shipping box. Make sure there are no other labels on the shipping box.
