    I purchased Xbox One day one, purchased the Xbox Elite Console along with a Slim. I've had numerous failures both headsets, day one controller, and 2 Elite Controllers (Left bumper breaking on both). To Microsoft's credit they were able to replace the Day
    One Controller (under the consoles 1 year warranty) and they replaced 2 Elite Controllers (under the consoles 1 year warranty). When purchasing the Elite controller you're expecting a significant upgrade and between the 2 controllers I don't even get a year
    use out of them. The new Bumper design is less than desirable. Now to my issue, yesterday I contacted support concerning the Headset that came with Elite Console. Looks like there is a short right where the cord connects to the headset adapter. Now through
    contacting support in the past it was my understanding that I had a one year warranty with accessories that came with the console. I purchased the Elite Console directly from the Microsoft store. This is how the controllers were handled and to the credit
    of the support representative they have replaced my defective items. Yesterday, working with support representative on the headset, she said that it's 90 days for all accessories. Ok, then she said that my account can be flagged if ever we do another transaction
    that is out of our policy. Why are they going to flag my account? I just contact support like have done in the past for my defective items and now my account is being flagged. Please look into this. Thank you, David

    Sorry to hear it. I don't think filing for a repair/replacement of the adapter would be worth it for you as Xbox Accessories only have a 90 day warranty from the date or purchase. I think your best bet here would be to get a new adapter for your PC
