    Warranty Claim Site Not Working


    Trying to make a claim on warranty as my Xbox wireless dongle died. Get to the part asking for an address to send my replacement to and get an error: "Sorry, something went wrong. We're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or try again in a little while."

    This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Done all the usual troubleshooting such as using different browser etc. I've tried getting in touch with Microsoft and Xbox but either get sent online when phoning, back to the broken form, or connected to an online Xbox expert to be told "I can't help you with that".

    Why is it so difficult to get hold of anyone or make a simple claim under warranty?

    I had a similar issue with a part from Corsair not long ago. Had my replacement part within a week of contacting them.

    Really disappointed in Microsoft.

    Anyone else having a similar issue?

    If the chat isn't working, I'd call them directly and they should be able to set up a claim if it's still under warranty

    Sorry to hear it. I don't think filing for a repair/replacement of the adapter would be worth it for you as Xbox Accessories only have a 90 day warranty from the date or purchase. I think your best bet here would be to get a new adapter for your PC
