    I sent xbox one s for repairs and microsoft service repairs sent me a diffrent xbox one s in box that came back was just xbox one s there was nothing stating what work was done to resolve fix the issuse. Xbox one s that they sent me was more broken then
    the one i sent in for repairs.

    Sometimes the repair can also be a different refurbished xbox. I would take this up with the support team from the repair team.
