    Hello can someone please help me with this or tell me if theres some place I could call or email receive the help I need. Its been about 2 months since Ive sent back my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller back for repair at microsofts repair center in El Paso
    Texas. However Ive still not received any information about my controller and wether im getting it back. Recently microsoft cancelled my service order. I want to know wether I will be getting my controller back at least or if theres someone i can talk to about
    this problem. Microsoft support system was really bad and when I tried emailing them a real person just sent me the same automated message over and over again. So someone please help me with this or tell me where i can get help.

    Hey Gamingboy you should definitely contact UK support 08005871102

    They should be able to offer a repair service if the device is within warranty still.

    You should be aware after repair the warranty period is 90 day or what ever is left on the original 12 month warranty whichever is longer.

    If it is no longer under warrant be aware Microsoft do not offer an out of warranty repair service on any controller and you may need to purchase a new device

    Are you familiar with the term warranty repair? That means that if you console is 3 months old it is still under warranty. Warrant repairs are free.
