Warning

Just received a warning for something I posted but not sure what the problem as the email I received about it was so vague. I don't know when the screen shot was taken and nor do I know the reason for removal. Basically, I want to know what I did so I
can avoid doing it again and if it's possible, I want to clear my name if it was a mistake. Thanks for your time.

If your account was COMPROMISED then you need to contact phone support for your region and have them start an Unauthorized Access Investigation. If you don't do that then they won't know where, if there is any, the compromise
came from. Hence the problem you are ranting about will never be addressed on their end if their is a flaw on their end (but I doubt there is as millions of subscribers are able to keep their account information safe and secure).

Yes, I did. While the offense is listed as an inappropriate screenshot, I'm not sure what was exactly wrong the screenshot. You see, I'd taken about 10 or so screenshots because I was participating in the Black Desert beta which ended last night which
was holding a contest about their firework show. I wanted to have as many screens as I could and pick the best one as my entrant. Then I got a warning just now, so I'm wondering if I could get to see what I did wrong. I'm afraid if I don't know what I did,
I'll keep getting warned and eventually banned.

 

Hmm this is an odd one. Without seeing the screenshots themselves it's hard to say. I'm not sure how much help we are going to be. I cant see that there would be much wrong with an in game screenshot. So long as it was game footage.

 

Exactly and the worst thing is, I spent a bit of time just looking for a place to post about this. Thanks for the replies though. I hope someone with power can help me out or point me in the right direction to get this resolved. If I need to, I'll delete
them myself. I just want to know what I did wrong.

EDIT: JUST GOT TWO MORE WARNINGS. I just deleted all of the screens. Didn't bother looking. Man, this is so frustrating.

 

I would recommend contacting the Microsoft Support instead of all of us speculating here. The email was really not helpful in explaining anything, Xbox Enforcement team could and should better their process.

 

As this is an Enforcement Team issued item, Support will not be able to assist (as noted in the email). You will need to submit a case review through the Enforcement site ForzaDrift Girl provided to get any further details.

When it comes to Enforcement Team items, only an Enforcement team member can respond and they do not use the forums.

 

Yeah, when I googled Microsoft Support, it led me here. It's 2:49 where I am and I can hardly think straight but I'm scared that if I go to sleep I'm just going to wake up banned for something I could've easily rectified. Can anyone point me in the right
direction? Please?

 

I'd assume if you look thru your posted screenshots you might be able to figure out which one was deleted? But if not, check with enforcement, no one here can really advise you on their decisions.

When you say these were part of a beta game, is it under an NDA where you are not allowed to share game images etc?

 

I simply just deleted the most recent ones I took. I think it's safe to assume it's an issue with the recent ones as this only started happening tonight. I hope that stops them from putting anymore investigations/strikes to my account. I'm really frustrated
that I don't have proof for entering that contest but it's better than being suspended. I really wish it didn't have to be this way. Thanks for the replies even if you had no power to help. I guess I'll stay off the Xbox for a while so as not to further agitate
whatever/whoever is checking on my account.

As far as I know, it was an open Beta and there were no agreements or stipulations prior to starting the game. Plus, the contest mentioned to take the screenshot of the firework show using the in-game notice system which confuses me further. Wish I took
a screen of that to prove it but I just deleted everything to be safe. Not much I can do now. Thanks for trying to help. I appreciate it really. To everyone. I think it'd be okay to lock this thread since the Enforcers don't patrol this forum anyway.

 

I tried this but the images themselves aren't able to be viewed anymore. Just a crossed out symbol.
