    This is a warning if you have to contact support. In my experiences with Microsoft, they have no problem taking your money and telling you to eff off. my 1s is 3 weeks old and doesnt work. i call them and am told, basically i can always buy another and were
    no help whatsoever. now my games wont play because it says i need gold live, even though i redeemed the free trial from the SW:Battlefront disc!!!! They wont honor the free trials they include in dlc and to me thats just plain criminal. So you pay your money
    then they laugh all the way to the bank. I have never dealt with or experienced such disdain as microsoft has for their customers. MICROSOFT IS EVEN MORE CRIMINAL AND WORTTHLESS THAN THEM MEDIEVAL MORONS IN ISIL. Youve been warned.

    So I guess you won't be gracing us with your presence anymore?



    If your account was COMPROMISED then you need to contact phone support for your region and have them start an Unauthorized Access Investigation. If you don't do that then they won't know where, if there is any, the compromise
    came from. Hence the problem you are ranting about will never be addressed on their end if their is a flaw on their end (but I doubt there is as millions of subscribers are able to keep their account information safe and secure).

    Sorry to hear you've been having trouble. If the console was purchased brand new and you registered it then any repair should be covered under warranty (except if you've taken it apart). You can register and set up a warranty repair at this link http://devicesupport.microsoft.com/
    Also, if the console is only 3 weeks old perhaps the store you purchased it from would take it back for an exchange. You should check that out as well.

    As for the membership. A trial membership only give limited access to some online content. It does not included ranked matches within a game. If you want to try Star Wars Battlefront you'll need to see if you can access an unranked match.
