Microsoft have taken my games and money. Just because I purchased the digital games cheaper from a third party selling website (ebay) Microsoft are wanting more money from people including myself, and just told me I have to purchase the same games on the
xbox games store. I'm just an innocent buyer that is now out of pocket of money and games. Please buy a disc copy of the game.

It isn't MS. There's a million and one things you can level at MS, but this sort of issue isn't one of them. Every time I've had an issue, they have sorted it out and when I wasn't receiving my in game crowns from TES online, they refunded me my cash because
Bethesda/ZoS weren't bothering their hind legs. I have always found MS customer service to be good. Hell, have you ever tried to deal with Sony? They're a complete nightmare.

You were scammed and it's a well known scam. MS owes you nothing in this instance. Take out a grievance with Paypal. Those people you are buying from are scammers regardless of what they tell you via email. I mean, a scammer isn't going to admit he's
scamming you, he will state he's an official seller etc. No idea why ebay haven't come down hard on these people because they've been doing it since the X1 was released. Both the devs and MS must be losing 100's of thousands through this ruse.

There's even warning pages on ebay relating to these very sellers from people who have been scammed in the past. The only time you will lose legitimately purchased games via MS is if your account gets perma banned.

Your probly right but I think it's Microsoft that scammed me on this one, Microsoft is a money greedy company the games was legit working fine until Microsoft took my games away from me.

Your title should read "warning! Don't be cheap like me and buy 3rd party digital codes" I've bought all 50 of my games digitally from the online store and never have had a problem. If you wanna be cheap buy the physical copy used.

Microsoft haven't scammed you at all.

You bought an account with games on,as I said,that is a violation of the CoC,you didn't actually buy the games.

The games worked until you were caught,once you were caught your access to the games was removed because you didn't actually own them in the first place.

It is the sellers that have scammed you & no one else.

The games I purchased from ebay sellers with the games on the the xbox one account was working perfectly fine until Microsoft agents told me them games I've bought from a third party selling website like ebay are violating the terms so its Microsoft that
have scammed me not the sellers because they was working perfectly fine. So I've lost out on money and games. Plus I may not know many people with a playstation4 but I have not eard any issues with Sony apart from the blue light on youtube videos. And the
xbox 360 is much better than the xbox one less issue's unless your modding or cheating...play Safe

Also, contact Paypal and get your cash back via them as I'm assuming you were scammed via ebay.

Going by that other thread the games were removed because you bought a account with the games on which is a violation of the code of conduct.

Resell or redistribute any part of Xbox Live

If that's the case you were lucky not to get banned.
