warning ⚠️ on purchased games

Before you ask, the games are not on gamepass. I purchased them fully. It's completely random games in my collection.

Has this been addressed yet?

Every possible solution that is given doesn't work.

I've tried everything I can find.

Checked my home console status and that I'm logged in etc...

Absolutely everything.

I don't understand how this issue hasn't had an official post that they are looking into this.

If they checked things like Reddit they'd get the picture that they need to look into this.

Can we get a better response than typical "Have you tried this solution"?

Because I have and nothing works.

I don't want to be buying a brand new console. My current console is less than a year old.

This did not start until after the ingenious idea to switch Gold to GPC.

Digital yes.

They were re downloaded off my account when I setup this series S and downloaded from the games menu where it shows all of my owned games.

When I hold the guide button it doesn't give me the report a problem option

The best thing to do then will be to hold down the guide button and go to “report a problem”. That will send your issue directly to the engineering team while you are extremely unlikely to get a response from them, someone from there will see it.

Doing this, will also give them important information about your system, which could lead them to a solution

The Xbox help section states that it's most likely a problem with Xbox being able to check usage rights. The games are either GWG titles or were purchased years ago.

It looks like they are not aware of the usage rights problem as of you go look on Reddit many others are having this same issue.

I just reset my console again and still it's not helping.

It's definitely on Xbox's end.

For my purchases games that have this issue I can go back into my purchase history and see they were in fact purchased by me on my only account I use.

There are no other accounts on my system.

How can we escalate the issue without having to spend pointless hours on the phone with customer service?

The only reason I haven't called them is others posting this issue to Reddit state that CS couldn't help them and did not know how to fix it.

Surely mods that watch these forums could drop a note to someone that maybe this might be worth looking into.

Mods go to the various Xbox subreddits and see that this is going to be a larger issue if not dealt with.

Many others are having this same issue with purchased games.
