Warning for NW players. Areas not responding.

This is to inform everyone that there have been a few areas in NW that have had crashes or glitches that have caused the game to stop interacting. Places like Blackdagger Ruins & Pirates Skyhold have been having issues where NPC's, loot items, chest or trying
to zone into another area have stopped responding. I did a complete XB 1 shutdown which seemed to clear the problem at first. However it's not the XB 1 - it is server related on Arc's side, due to the fact when I went back. The same issue came right back.

Perhaps someone from Microsoft or the Xbox team can contact Arc & let them know they have a severe issue going on with Neverwinter.

I have informed Arc via the forums for NW & through the support system of these issues. Please feel free to list any other area that is having these same issues that I may not have mentioned or know about. Thanks.

bingo connection problems

here we go yet again microsoft servers not responding, and microsoft not responding or not interested in players comments

 

Taptiles stops working when an achievement is awarded but no network connection is available

the title says it all really. get and achievement while offline and the game stops responding. probably also happens for other areas of the game..

 

It has to definitely be an ARC side issue. While playing Neverwinter on XBox One, since 20:00 PST 1/26/16 through to this point in time 11:21 1/27 The servers have been not responding in regards to:

- can not zone out of current zone

- can not loot items that require interaction (A) [gold is picked up]

- can not interact with quest objectives (requiring keypress 'A' for interaction)

on the remote chance that I am able to press 'A' on the entrance to a delve, the client on my xbox disconnects from the server after throwing a loading error and pushes me back to the log in screen.

I have experienced the problems above in the mapped areas: Neverdeath and Ebon Downs, Server Instance #'s 3 - 6

How to Create an Arc Games supoort ticket, GoTo:

Click on: Games -> Neverwinter (XBox One) -> Scroll all the way to the bottom "Suport Center"

Now... how long it takes for a fix... or for them to even respond to you... that is a good question...

 

I know it's Arc side fault but why when restarting Xbox it fixes the issue? If the game is glitchy, a simple quit and relogin would fix it right? But no I have to turn it off, wait 5 mins then back on to start playing. So I guess Xbox should look into this
aswell.
